An aromatic and savory ready-to-use sauce made with fermented black beans with ginger and garlic.
Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybean, Salt), Rice Wine, Sugar, Onion, Red Wine Vinegar, Black Soybeans, Soybean Oil, Cilantro, Garlic, Ginger, Dried Plum, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Vinegar, Natural Flavors, Rice, Red Chilies and Xanthan Gum.
Ideal for stir-fry chicken, meat, beef, vegetables, or tofu dishes. It has just a bit of a ginger kick to it. Use as a pasta topping, or serve over rice. Also great as a dipping sauce, it can be mixed with apricot jam for a really good sweet and sour-type flavor!
